Long before you join us at any of our restaurants, our team is hard at work. We take an unconventional approach to building relationships and sourcing ingredients. Our devoted driver Bobby and his plain White Truck travel all over New England gathering the very best ingredients to you: Maine for Lobster, Duxbury for Oysters, or Boston’s famed Fish Pier for the freshest fish we can find.
The fun for us is having the opportunity to cultivate and honor relationships with incredible companies who put as much into what they do as we do — feeding our insatiable need to source and prepare the freshest food possible and find the best craft beers around.
Seafood is second nature to us. We are thoughtful in our approach and respectful of our sources, looking high and low so we can learn everything we can about thoughtful ways to curate high-quality ingredients.
